iOS Safari dropped support for scrollbar styling

iOS Safari somehow dropped support for the styling the scrollbar.

Why was this dropped? Nobody knows.

Nothing in the release notes.

So iOS Safari is now only browser that does not support styling the scrollbar. Thx Apple 😡
