Joomla at the Barn 2011

May 6, 2011 — Now at JAB11. This place is beautiful and there is a lot of really interesting stuff to see here. Great session by Hagen Graf. Enjoyed the food and a beer to end the evening.

May 7, 2011 — The “stupid customers” session was just as great as it was at the Dutch Joomla Days. The next two sessions were a bit advanced for me as I’m still a Joomla noob, but still good to sit in on. “The Architect of the Social Web” ended early so I also caught the “Future of J and Beyond” session. “You Only Like Me for My Body” was really interesting. Enjoyed the food for the night and soaked up some great weather.

May 8, 2011 — Last day of JAB11. Not many people in the Aula Minor sessions which is a shame. The web security session was both crowded and really interesting. The HTML5 session showed some handy tools. “Making Joomla’s Admin Interface Awesome” showed me some really cool stuff. K2 session had a lot of information but was really interesting. JAB11 is over — it was really fun and until next year for JAB12.
